Part One

User Registration

Step 1 User Registration – Login Details

Login Details

  • Go to https://edraw.tcpharyana.gov.in
  • Click on ‘User Registration’
  • Enter your Email and Mobile number and verify them using OTP
  • After verification, you will be asked to create a password for your account
Step 2 User Registration – Applicant Profile

Applicant Profile & e-KYC

  • Now you have to start your e-KYC process
  • You will be required to verify your Aadhar Card, PAN Card and Bank Details
  • Click on ‘Start e-KYC’ and follow the instructions
  • Enter your Aadhar number and verify it using OTP
  • Verify your Aadhar Card using your Digilocker account as well
  • Enter your Digilocker credentials and verify your documents
Note Please ensure to refresh your Digilocker Aadhar and PAN documents before starting the e-KYC process.
Step 3 User Registration – PAN Verification

PAN Verification

  • After Digilocker verification, you will be asked to verify your Aadhar and PAN Card via Digio
  • Check both Issued Documents and click on “Allow”
  • Enter PAN Card details and click on “Fetch Document”
  • Enter your Bank Account No. and IFSC Code, then click “Submit”
  • All documents are now submitted for e-KYC Approval
  • The page will refresh automatically. Your verified account will be ready shortly
Note Verification might take some time. You can check later by logging back into your account.
Step 4 User Registration – Applicant Address

Applicant’s Address

  • After e-KYC is completed, you will be asked to enter your permanent address details
  • Enter all required fields and check the “I agree to the terms and conditions” checkbox
  • Click on “Register” to complete your registration
Step 5 User Registration – Supporting Documents

Supporting Documents

  • You will be redirected to upload your Aadhar Card and PAN Card images
  • Also upload your passport size photo
  • Click on “Complete Profile Registration”
  • Your profile has been registered successfully!
Note All documents are mandatory to upload.

Projects List & Application

  • On the Live Projects Tab, find “YCon Platinum Heights”
  • Click “Apply” and select your preferred unit category
  • Select your required unit and click “Submit”
  • Fill in your personal details on the next page. Add Second Applicant if applicable, then click “Submit”

  • Category tab: Select “General Category” and click Submit
  • Documents tab: Upload all applicable documents
  • Registration Fees tab: Pay your Registration Fees
  • Application Fees tab: Pay your Application Fees
  • Final Submission tab: Verify all details and submit your application
